Highrise Addition

Working with Arup structural and service engineers, Dukes designed and supervised the 100m2 addition replacing a roof terrace in York St with meeting and consultation rooms with city views. Precast side walls and curtain wall facade were employed to create a modern top that complimented the pattern of the precast, 1970’s building facade.
